    ACE vs AFAA study material

    I love Terminator! The workouts are advanced, but doable. For me, the easiest (but not easy) is IMax extreme (it is mostly cardio) then Gauntlet, then Viper.     How many hours a day do you workout?

    I work out about 1-2 hours a day plus I walk home from work - an additional 3.5 miles. I lost weight by working out just 1 hours a day. Lorrie

    Anyone else not into circuit workouts?

    Please corerct me if I'm wrong, but circuits alternate weight work and cardio, and intervals are steady state cardio with high intensity (anaerobic) cardio bursts. Lorrie

    How often to Kick Punch & Crunch?

    When I first got the DVD, I did it everyday for a week since I loved it so much. But I didn't get DOMS from KPC. I guess you should listen to your body. I can usually workout with DOMS. Once I get going, the pain goes way ( but returns when my workout ends!). Lorrie
