I am working on loosing fat. I try to workout at least 6 days a week. The following is what a week looks like for me:
Mon - IMAX 1,2, or 3
Tues - Rythmic Step
Wed - Muscle Endurance or a curcuit tape
Thurs - treadmill for an hr, 4 miles
Fri - off, I work early maybe a walk in the evening...
