    eating before working out

    I workout at 5am and sometimes eat a banana. Easy on the stomach, (if you have an upset stomach they tell you to eat a BRAT diet, bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) You could try any one of those too. Nice to know I have lots of company that time in the morning! Dlaudy.
