    Will Body Max Slay Me???

    I just started doing Cathe's tapes and I am hooked!!! I did BodyMax today for the first time and loved it. Reminded me alittle of the Firms cardio/sculpt tapes but much more intense without the fast moves with weights. Great workout!!! I will definitly be doing this tape alot.

    Hi Kristina, I just started doing Cathe's tapes this month. I love them. I'm a devoted Firm fan but wanted more intensity in my workouts. Man, did I get it with Cathe. I've bought 6 step tapes, the PS series and the S&H series. My credit card is on fire!!!!
