    hsta and step height

    I love this workout!! I'm doing a month rotation with it. 3 days a week with 3 days a week of kickboxing. I'm 5'3" and I use 14" on the high step.

    I had a C-cup in highschool but after having DS & years of working out I was a deflated B. 10 years ago I got Implants. Since then I've had 2 additional surgeries due to implant failure but I'd still do it again. I have 550cc right now. And I love them!!!

    You've got 3 recommendations for the Pyramids. Last year I did 6 weeks of the Pyramid combo premix & then 6 weeks of MuscleMax with lots of kickboxing abd a little step & lost 15 pounds in 5 months. Got great comments on my bod.

    I'm 52 and I wear a size 4 but I'm small framed also. I would suggest lots of kickboxing coupled with floor work or Lotte Berk/Callenitics/The Bar Method. As far as vanirty sizing goes I have 2 pairs of pants from 1975 I've hung onto all these years for nostalgic reasons. I fit into them...
