    Suggestions for Moderate Step

Hi, I was wondering if you have any recommendations for some intermediate Step workouts? Just to alternate with my other Cathe's. I really like Kelli Roberts' Ultimate Step but need a couple more. I like this one because the production is good and so is the music. There was very little power...

    Cross Train Xpress questions

I love this series. Right now there's barely any room in my basement because of lots of boxes all over the place. I haven't had any trouble using CTX though. The Kickbox surprisingly enough didn't need much space. Unlike CK. 10-10-10 used more space though but only the 10 minute kickbox portion...

    Narrowing down the selection

My CTX is new...and I am INLOVE with it. I'm still learning them but can't believe how wonderful this DVD is!!! Just finished KICKBOX and it's amazing how much she can make you do in that time frame. Couldn't believe I waited this long to get it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When did you realize not to worry????

I don't worry about what people think. 95% of the time. Mostly because the issue isn't whether THEY like me or not. It's wether I like them. If I love/respect/look up to them...then it matters. But if they are just people or co workers or acquaintances in general then it matters not. You don't...

    Cathe-- Gym Style Training questions

The PS series came in one DVD didn't it? It didn't have pre-mixes but it came in one DVD. S&H was also one DVD.

Fat City: Obesity in Houston Texas

They sent 5 of us for a seminar in Philadelphia in September of last year. Maybe it was just a part of the city we were at but it was quite the culture shock for us Toronto girls. It's funny though that only two of us reacted the way we did. We could hardly eat the whole 4 days and months...

    ANOTHER VICTIM!!!

I got these because I was so impressed with Power Circuit (VHS)...it's short but it really works you and it even has an ABS section. I remember doing LL (VHS from a SWAP)and sputtering when she mentioned that there was an abs section after she tried to kill me. So the set is mine now! I tried...

    Cathe,I finally got CTX

I have wanted these for ages but you keep coming up with new stuff! Finally I ordered them and got them yesterday! Tried All Step and have to thank you for catering to those of us with short attention spans! It was fantastic...not much repetition or breaking down. It just GOES!!! Chaptering was...

    SAH OR PSS

Both are excellent series. I really like the S&H Legs workout because it is short and enough for me. But I use PS upper body more. The PS series delivers results fast for me. When I notice flabby arms and bra bulge...PS usually fixes it.

    Push Pull/Supersets

Ki, Why did they say Split Routines are dead? Just wondering. Because I find that whenever my arms start to look fat and the fatty bits start to show that CST fixes it fast. My problem with splits though is that I get bored with BACK and tend to either avoid or whine when it comes up. It's...

    Push Pull/Supersets

Hi, I am kind of inlove with Push and Pull lately. When this DVD first came out, I wasn't sure how to put it in a rotation because the Pyramids and CST were taking up most of my time. Then when running became my focus I couldn't fit in much weights, lower body being the hardest to fit. Then...

    Lower Body Weights

You can try running...it has done some pretty good things for my lowerbody. I have only been at it since January. The legs look good and I'm liking the behind. I have been strength training and doing step for 3 years now but haven't had results this good. I'm still a beginner and just run on the...

The "working out at home" thread has me curious

RE: The The only thing I miss from the GYM are the spinning classes. Our studio was really nice. Private and darkly lit with a mirrored wall and male instructors. GRIN. And the assisted pull up and dip machine (Gavitron? Gravitron? I can't remember...that thing was cool)But I am quite proud...
