    Roadtrip Priorities for me

    Help with paint color

    Yes, it is at the end of the upper body tape and also the interval X which is awesome too. It is a little less than 45 min long and is short blasts of cardio. The abs + is not on the end of the total body and kenpo + though.

    I love chocolate....

    I am so horrible that I raided the Easter candy stash I just bought and hid for my daughter for Easter Sunday!! Had a huge chocolate craving and could hear it calling my name from my closet. Ate a whole bag of plain M&M's since last night.

    I love Riunite D'oro. It's mildly sweet white wine. I can buy in in a gallon jug for about $16 and sip on it for a month or so.

    Weekend Plans

    This is my last weekend to work!!! I am a nurse and have been working weekends only for 5 years!! Starting next week I will work 3 12 hr. shifts instead. It sucks to work 3 days instead of 2 for the same $$, but I'm so excited. I'll really be adjusting my workout schedule too.

    Push ups

    I can only do about 5 real pushups and usually just do them on my knees. Everybody thinks since I exercise a lot that I am "tough" and really strong. They would be really surprised to know I'm not very! I do want to get stronger and I will try using cheval's advice. THANKS!

    Wal-Mart has one for about $16 that I got. It was kind of a pain putting it up by myself bacause you have to screw it into the doorframe, but it works great and it was cheap!!
