    long runs on hilly trails works for me :) also combination of standing & floor work to strengthen leg muscles, tendons, bones and connective tissues to prevent injuries.. so i can keep running!

    Muscle Max

    i love muscle max, but cathe's personality is just.. i don't know.. different than usual.. anyone else agree? she doesn't seem as friendly or chatty as other workouts.. but i love muscle max.. especially pullovers with the barbell. that is a great move.. hope to see it in other cathe workouts

    you should consult a sports medicine doc. asthma isn't something that can be treated with more strength training, or plyometrics, or running long. it's a medical condition that should be treated as such. good luck and stay healthy.. those are respectable times btw!
