    I am curious as to how you guys eat during the holidays. I am proud to say that I've kept my eating this holiday under control, not giving into the temptations of baked goods and candy at work, etc. Does anyone have a method when they know they're going to a party or Christmas dinner, etc...

    Zoe foods soy and flax bars

    Kathy, Hey! I read about them in Prevention magazine, then went to www.zoefoods.com to order them. Still haven't tried them but they look good! Zoe foods also makes a soy and flax granola. I have pressed my local whole foods to begin carrying these items. Let me know what you think!

    I was reading in Prevention magazine about these new snack bars by Zoe foods. They are all natural and contain a tablespoon of flaxseed, soy protein and isoflavones... each has 180-190 cals per bar and 6 gms of fat, 4 gms of fiber, and they're sweetened with cane juice... has anyone tried them...
