    Just wanted to say HI...

    What workout did you do today?

    I was tired and short on time this morning so I threw together the Firm's Lie Down & Work out to get my legs and abs done then did Power Circuit from the CTX series. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt workout afterwards!!

    When you miss a workout in a rotation...WDYD?

    I use to be SO anal if I missed a workout. I would try to do two in one day to "make it up". That was before kids.....now I just try to do something every day. If I miss a day (which has been happening more often than I would like) I don't worry about it. As long as I can get in some weights...
