    I agree with Susan one hundred percent - I did the Firm exclusively for years, but it has only been since I found Cathe almost two years ago (and chucked my Firm tapes soon after!) that I began to really get somewhere.

    Found non-aspartame diet soft drinks!

    Diet RC is sweetened with Splenda too - I have it all the time.It does taste a little different from Diet Coke, but now I like it better. I buy Splenda in the box to sweeten my tea with too ;-)!
