    Power Hour +

    I did BodyMax for the 1st time :o all I can say is WOW. It kicked my bum! I left out the abs but I don't think they minded. I had to drop to 1 riser after the step part but it was still kickin! I can't wait to tackle MIS & PH.:-) Linda

    Slow & Heavy Series

    During shoulders the seated overhead press Cathe only does 2 sets of 8. I thought she did 3 sets of 8 on most exercises. I know she only does two sets of ticep dips and two sets of calf raises (with higher reps) I was wondering if anyone else pauses and does a third set, I know I feel like it...
