Yes! I think it's great to do 2 CTX cardios back-to-back! Last week I did All Step and Step&Intervals together for a really great combo, just eliminated the warmup from the 2nd one. And another day last week, I did CTX Kickbox followed by 10/10/10--again, leaving out the 10/10/10 warmup...
Oh, I just have to make a PLEA for the Terminator to come out on VHS!!! I am still living in the dark ages with no plans of converting to DVD in the foreseeable future....so I am really hoping for a Terminator vhs!!!

WOW!!! That floorwork using the stability ball in Pyramid Lower BOdy is HARD!!! It amazed me to be feeling so much of a burn without any ankle weights or anything!
Anyway, I have a question about the outer-thigh work leaning sideways on the stability ball. I felt it most in the supporting...
If you have one, please share! I've searched all the fitness sites but didn't find one that appealed to me. My goal is weight loss (20 lbs) and I have all the Cathe & Firm tapes.
