Please help me - this is very long

There's not much more I can say that hasn't already been said, but I have to agree that your marriage is the thing that needs your attention right now; try to let the baby issue slide. As much as you might have wanted to have a baby by now, the circumstances of your life are not at all...

41 weeks and still no baby

Oh, I feel for you! You must be very uncomfortable, not to mention eager to meet your baby already. I've never been induced, but I hope it doesn't end in a c-section, if they can help it. Keep smiling. You're almost there!

I'm a little down, does anyone have this problem?

That used to be my schedule, and I used to HATE getting up so early in the morning! If there's any chance you can take a nap after work, it might re-energize you, and you may feel more motivated to work out. Don't worry if you can't work out as often as you used to. Most of us cut back when...

    Hip joint pain

Fortunately, the pain is gone. I rested for 2 days, and I will not use those machines again during my pregnancy. I flipped through "Expecting Fitness", and it says that it's important to keep those muscles strong during pregnancy, so I suppose leg lifts are the way to go. Would you advise...

    Hip joint pain

Oh man...I think I might have damaged my hip joint yesterday. I worked out on the abductor and adductor machines at the gym, and now, 12 hours later, the side of my hip is killing! I'm guessing that because of relaxin, I managed to shift my joint out of place. Does anyone know what my plan of...

    Dental xrays and Pregnancy

my de4ntist told me I was due for routine xrays, but he would rather wait until after the pregnancy. I think if it's a very pressing dental problem, some dentists might do it.

Is it normal to lose aerobic capacity in second trimester??

I have noticed throughout my 1st and second trimesters, that I definitely can't push myself as hard as usual. That's a good thing. Your body needs to put that energy somewhere else right now. Just do what's comfortable. It's not about losing weight; it's just about staying conditioned.

    Yes I am

Tammy, Congrats! What wonderful news! I know what you mean about the lack of energy. Don't worry; you'll feel better in a month or 2, and you'll feel like your old self again. I'm at 23 weeks, and I have a lot of energy (not as much as I normally do, but close). Good luck!

    Exercising post-miscarriage

RE: Hi Erin Best wishes for a healthy future pregnancy, Erin. I would talk to a doctor if I were you, regarding exercise. But for now, let me just lend my support along with the others here.

    trying

Before getting pregnant, I was working out 6 days a week, with an hour of cardio, and 45 min. of weights most of those days. As soon as I found out I was with child, I cut my exercise back to 4-5 days, and rarely do I work out more than 90 minutes total (sometimes even less). The most...
