    Hardest legs DVD?

    I would say Butts and Guts too , although one time I did Lower Body Blast with heavy weights throughout [ it uses high reps and lighter weights ] plus the bonus barre and could barely walk for a week !

I normally try not to do cardio on the same day as heavy weights but today I needed that extra drain , if you know what I mean . Love the cardio when I'm hyper ... Have a great night !
