    January rotation 1/06/05

    Hi everyone. I did PUB this am. I love that workout. Tonight I plan to get on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes and do some upperbody excercises on my bowflex. I wanted to do it following PUB but ran out of time. Happy Anniversary Ruth - 26 years - way to go!! JoJo

    CTX Upper Body Split Oh My!!

    I agree - this is one tough workout. I was surprised how tough it was the first time I did it. I think it is the toughest Cathe upper body workout. JoJo

    January Rotation 1/5/05

    I did legs & glutes this am. I plan to do 30 min on the treadmill & bowflex tonight (I wanted to do them immediately following legs & glutes but ran out of time this am). I hope everyone enjoys there workout today. JoJo

    How cold/warm is it in your world?

    It is about 45 degrees and raining here in Maryland. It is usually cold and snowy here in January. I feel for all of you that are in locations with temperatures below zero. JoJo

    What is your January Rotation?

    Unless Cathe posts a rotation for Jan 2005 that I like better I am going to do the Jan 2004 rotation. The focus is to rev your metabolism. I plan to use my Bowflex to add some additional weight work to the rotation. JoJo
