    Love Muscle Max!

    I loved this workout too! The time flew by, which is always an indication that I am enjoying doing the workout. I could feel it the next day in my upper body and my core. I liked that Cathe went heavier on the weights because it inspired me to go heavier. :-) JoJo

    Anyone done Muscle Max yet?

    I did Muscle Max tonight and have to say the time flew by. I really liked it. Cathe uses heavier weight on some of the upper excercises (25lbs for lat rows and 10 lbs for shoulder excercises). I usually use the weight that Cathe uses and was able to do so. I am glad for the boost to increase...

    LOWMAX

    I did Hardcore Extreme - workout #2, it was intervals from low max, imax 3 and kick max. It was great. I was suprised at the intensity of the low max intervals. I enjoyed the music too. JoJo
