    I think this is the toughest workout that Cathe has, it wipes me out. It doesn't look that hard when previewing it but there is something about it that just gets me good. Now you have me wanting to get off the internet and go do that workout. JoJo

    Do you own a Treadmill?

    I own a treadmill and use it frequently. I try to do at least 20 miles a week on it in addition to doing Cathe 6 days a week. I got mine at Sears about 3 years ago and have had not problems. JoJo

    Pop Tarts

    Oh no! Now I want to go buy some pop tarts. I have never tried them with butter - that does sound good. And to eat them on a bowl of ice cream - ummmmmm. I am glad that my husband does the grocery shopping. He knows when I ask for something like this to not really get it. JoJo

    I am just curious (pub and plb)

    I love PLB and PUB. I reach for those workouts more than any others. I don't mind changing the plates. I have the troy light barbell and find the plates very easy to change. JoJo
