    Silly question re rotations

    I either skip it or if I have the time, I'll try to do both B & C on day 3. (With that said... Typically, my workouts are only 45min because of work & kids etc... so doubling-up is *only* 90min or so... *If* I did longer workouts, I doubt I'd double-up! LOL!)

    No time!

    Timesaver! This DVD is the best! I'm using it 5 days a week and then adding on other videos for the other 2... All 5 of the workouts are less than 1 hr. Just perfect for before work!!! ;)

    Both Atkins for Life and South Beach Diet are good. They stress quality complex carbs, "good" fats, and protein as being important during "lifetime" phases of eating.

    Mega Step Blast was my 1st step video after Kathy Smith's "Step workout" and "Power Step". Mega Step Blast is intense but the choreo is pretty easy to learn. Step Max is another Cathe video where the choreo isn't too hard to pick-up.
