    anyone know how much flax oil per day

    I think (but I'm not positive) that it is 1 Tablespoon for every 100 lbs of weight. I weigh 128lbs and take 1 Tablespoon every morning. I take it just before I eat breakfast. I thought it was nasty when I first starting taking it but now (a year later) it does not bother me at all. Tracy

    I was shocked that I could do it the first time trying. I used yoga blocks. Then I tried it without them and couldn't do it. I don't know if it was because I was already fatigued. You definitely have to play around with your hand placement. Keep trying you will get it. Tracy
