    Hi, Everyone! My name is Karen, and I'm "back" after a 2 1/2 year hiatus. I say "back" because I was (and am) mostly a lurker. You guys all inspire me! I am amazed at what you can do. I'm just getting back into working out after several months off (moving, illness, new job, etc.)...

    Do you like stretching? Which is your favorite

    I like stretching and feel I work out better and get injured less when I do at least 2 stretch workouts a week. I just use my golden oldie Pure and Simple Stretch by Karen Voight. I have it on VHS, it may be on dvd now. -Karen
