    Imax 2/C&W. Since I'm not a high/lo fan, I never got S,J,P even thogh Step Blast is very good. The icing on the cake for me is that C&W has a tough little "step only" premix, perfect for 35 minutes! X

    You know, I hate to be a kill joy but boy do I miss seeing Cathe's tight, chiseled core. I'm not crazy about the capri's, but like the different style tops. I loved the Hardcore Series outfits the best...but I'll stay tuned.

    Power Max

    Power max, remember that one? I pulled it out this morning and could not believe the challenge. Perhaps because of the 8" step height but I had a hard time staying strong. Burned 493 calories in just over 60 minutes. Try it...it truely is hard. X

    I have gone back to basics and started a classic CTX 6 day rotation. Since I am blessed with good joints and love the step workouts I am enjoying this series like no other! But I have found that I have about 20-30 more minutes per workout, either by extending it fully in the morning or splitting...
