It looks great. I have wrist issues so I wasn't crazy about all the push-ups, but Cathe mentioned in another post that this is just the case with the first phase of STS and that the number of push-ups declines in later phases of the program. Whew!

I did pre-order and can't wait. One of the appeals of STS for me was the fact that it is structured, and it's only 3x a week and you can choose your own cardio (I don't do step much anymore). I'll probably do mostly Cardio Coach for cardio. The attraction for me is that STS is limited but...

There's a DVD for everything! Should have figured. I'm intrigued by the idea of this workout in part because it also sounds like it incorporates elements of yoga theory too, which are not new. I would be sorely tempted to get a Dara Torres DVD, I must say.

Brenda was at the August road trip as well. Saw her just this morning with her wonderful smile; she looked well, and amazing, as did all the "girls"/cast members. Very inspiring!
