    You have a goog collection I can not wait to but new routines but I max 3 kicked my tail after a week rest from it. You will stop using the firm b/c it is boring and your bo can feel it is no challenge any more. Take it easy. Give your self enough time to recover between the high impact work outs.

    Hey I think you have to cut out oat meal and bread if it is not whole wheat. Oat meal is ok but not every day. More cadio. Lift weights at least 3 times a week. Good luck.You sound like you are doing ok but I would add peanut butter more protein.

    I use Circuit Max and High Step Challenge as my circuit training. Is that ok? Is that enough wgts? I also do power hour and legs slow and heavy alt different days. I realize soon I will have to get more wgt routines.

    IMAX 3 if I've never done any of the other IMAX's?

    Hey I have done Imax 2 and I max 3. I must say that I2 has a lot more recovery time than I3. Not to mention I3 is a lot more impact.Doesn't bother me to much but definitly needs to be done in less rotation cycle.
