    Rotation useful to increase running speed/endurance

    I tend to only follow the strength training portions of a rotation and do 3 or 4 days of running each week. Sometimes I will take the type of cardio and mirror my run to it. For example, if the rotation calls for Imax, I do an interval run. Hope this helps!

    Have you checked with your local running stores? Many of the 5ks I have done are managed by a local store. If you have done 5ks in the past, you could look at t-shirts and other free stuff to see who has acted as a sponsor.

    At home spinning

    I use a road bike on a trainer and have used Cardio Coach. I have also downloaded 2 Motion Traxx posdcasts called Cycling Interval Mix, I did the longer of the two this weekend and it was pretty good. I'd settle for good music & an audio download by Cathe!
