    I just love soup in the winter! It helps to keep me warm, healthy and happily full and satisfied. I have two recipes that I've been living off of.     Lower Body Fat - Staying Warm

    This is my first winter with my new lean body and I am shocked by how cold I am all the time! I wear lots of layers to stay warm and I double my socks to keep my feet warm. I also wear big fuzzy slippers at home (over the doubled up socks!).
