    Running in place

    Hi Cathe, I have a quick question about running. I don't have a treadmill and I was wondering if I would get the same benefits of running if I were to run in place for about thirty minutes? Would I burn the same amount of calories? Would it be harder on my joints?

    Running Workout

    I personally think it would be neat to create a workout for runners when it bad weather and they can use it for a substitute. I am a runner and I would love to have a video that contained alot of running type moves that I could use as a substitute when I can't run outside.
