    Make your own mini step

    Or just get those rubbermade stool/tool boxes. I bought a blue one and it's 14 inches tall. I used to use it for Firm leg presses and it is wide and stable and I can store my ankle weights in it. I sit on it for sit n stands and seated upper body work.

    Any cardio workout other than step

    Hi, I don't think she has any LO-Impact but she does have Cardio Kicks which just uses floor space and is kickbox style. It is areal fun workout and really makes me sweat. I wish she had more non-step workouts to alternate with.
