    Mine lasted 3-4 days...it really was unlike anything I've ever had before. It was right in the outer lower part of the glutes right where it meets the hams...does that make sense? Then when that wore off my legs still felt tired and it made it tough to do cardio. Oh well, atleast it had no low...

    RE: I'm not alone!!! No...the classes are really tough...I recommend actually going to a live class that has the "SPINNING" name to it despite different programs. It is really good intense cardio. It'll really remove fat.

    PLB...OUCH

    I recommend yoga after doing PLB...I used Yoga Zone Conditioning and stress relief because it was slow and easy. It did wonders to ward off DOMS!!!

    How about : Mon: PUB ... Upper Only Tues: IMAX 2 ...ist 5 intervals Wed : PLB ... Upper only Thurs: Rest Friday: IMAX 2 ...INTERVAL 6-10 Saturday PUB ...Up only Sunday : Cardio of choice Then the next week flip the Pyramids to get in 2 PLB and 1 PUB. That would kind of mimic his plan...

    Whew hoo!

    When I got my DVD I made sure to ask if it could be programmed between the 5 discs it could play and the guy said ofcourse. Well, I guess I should have specified DVDs and not CDs. But either way I love my DVD player and with the ISS...you will have so much fun. You are going to get so spoiled...

    OK...it took 2 days to recover from it. I haven't felt DOMS that bad before. I kept wondering why it was hurting in the butt like THAT. Right were the butt meets the back of the legs...just the two sides...what was that all about? Leg presses or the ball thing where you're like a frog drawing...

    Fast paced and quite a leg workout. This is cool to alternate with circuit max and is almost like big sister to power circuit.

    Finally got my IS Series!!!

    Hi Edith, I have: BMax,PMax,CMax...PH,RS,CK...S&H,PS,PC...and now IS series. I was planning on getting CTX but the chaptering and pre-mixes got me!:9 Oh wait I have LL too. My favorites are BMax and Cmax and RS. I love both weight series.
