    Comments/Suggestions about Powerstrike Tapes...

    PS M3 is pretty good, not the same intensity as CK but is good for days when you don't want to really do high intensity. Production quality isn't that great...not like Cathe's, the combos are good and the instructors have excellent form. I like Ilara.
