fuzzy I did not end up getting these workouts because supposedly paypal never sent them payment but I don't see why you should have to make all of the suggested adjustments if all other workout dvd's play fine in your player or tv? Doesn't make sense to me. Just saying.

Calorie Count Has an app now but you have to have internet connection. http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/mobile.php I have it on my ipod and asked them to think about making it usable w/o the internet.

Calorie Counting Has helped me lose 19.5#'s to date (I started on June11)! I don't eat great just counting those darn calories! I use the Itunes app Lose iIt! LOVE it.

I have the original step. I bought mine about 22-23 years ago, and it still is in great shape!
