Is it safe to due hyperextensions for my back early on? I prefer to do them on the roman chair instead of the ball.. I am 4 weeks pregnant. I hear so much about avoiding being on your back for abs after the first trimester, just wondering if this is to be avoided too? TIA!

Congrats to you! I just found out I am 3 weeks along..early..cant workout for another few weeks til the dr can see the baby on the sonogram...I am so used to exercising, its killing me not too...but when I can..I would love some advice!
