Ok, I thought I was too early for these Braxton Hicks..they hurt! I have them all day at work..Dr didnt seem concerned..but now..at night..I am having trouble breathing cause I think the baby is laying on my diaphragm...is there anything i can do? I tried moving in different positions..nothing...

I will get one and I have heard it does help alot. My one friend wore one and she seemed to bounce back quicker than my other friend who didnt..so..I know I'm def gonna get one...lol

I only allow friends and family to do it..even my one co-worker made me feel weird when she did it..I wouldn't allow a stranger to do it....
