    Stability ball core work in PUB ?

    Hi Carol, I was like you, my arms just couldn't hold me on that dang stability ball after that killer workout. So I just do my warm-up, the abs, then the rest of the workout. Made a BIG difference. Plus, it was nice knowing that when I got to the last bicep curl I was DONE! LOL Sally
