ITA! I may have missed something somewhere but if the goal is truly hypertrophy then I think the cardio spurts are defeating that purpose.
I am a person that actually LUVS to be the lab rat - I think its great to find various ways to use STS (and all workouts) but doing so will change what...
Thanks Everyone!
It was a great day to turn 46!
DH gave me my perfect gift- BIG wall mirrors for my exercise room and he says theres one more surprise coming later in the week.
We ordered in a Pizza- opened a bottle of wine and watched a movie all snuggled up. Couldnt have been a better...
In total agreement..... A Flat Bench Only doesnt seem like a worthy investment if you are happy with using your step...I use my bench alot tho because of the inclines & decline options
Its also a great selling point because the DVD now becomes multi functional for many of us.
I can & do enjoy my high impact days...I also ADORE my high intensity but low impact days... I'd be more inclined to use it if I had both options in front of my face (so to speak);)
This is exactly the DVD that comes to mind when I think of "modifications"...
Gin uses the lower intensity & lower impact options as the "rest interval" period...Then you can crank it up with her if you choose. Its a fantastic way to use the DVd at all fitness levels I think. Also there are...
I cant think of all the steps right now but YES - you go into the WM Rotations area & use edit dates. Its the same area as the delete rotation option I think. You change the dates.... I think thats how it works- Worse case scenario is you delete the current rotation (a few clicks) and re enter...

I'm on it- hubbys on it...some other Cathe folks are as well. Cant say that I've used it to its fullest but DH has (he's in technology) and likes it.
Happy Birthday to the buffest Cathlete in the world!
Thank you for your generosity in sharing your time, knowledge & talents all year long!
May this year be your most successful & happiest ever!
Caleb~
Not Cathe here but your question about the SB Pikes is addressed in detail on the Cathe TV. I cant recall which week it is but she does demos, explanations, & modifications.
another "filler".... For my dogs we add low sodium fat free chicken or beef broth (about 1 cup broth : 2cups food) I have BIG HUNGRY BOYS! Each are 115#s ideal weight!
Vet suggested also when they were overweight to buy industrial sized cans of Veg-All. Rinse it due to sodium...add a cup to...
Susan~ Thank you for sharing ~ To me it is one more prime example as to why no-one is ever in a position to judge another for anything. It is also my belief that for every judgement a person voices or writes about there are hundreds of readers that just wont dignify the remarks by sharing their...
Fantastic! That means you have to do all of them in 48 hours tho! Didnt you read the fine print? AND....Report to all who are waaaaaaay after you!
I second EVERYTHING said in this post! I would adore mixes or blender options that "cross lines". There are so many of us withot dual DVD players and/or cant figure out how to program them!
