    Hi ladies, Today after my dentist appointment I just finished Jamie McKagan Boxing Circuit. I wore my gloves until the floorwork then I took them off. It was a 52 minute workout. The only 'weights ' was the body weight abwork in the middle. It was a good workout. Nice workouts so far ladies!

    Hi ladies, Today is October Days downtown so I walked to downtown then walked around all the vendors , bought a pair of earrings and then walked home. All in all about a 70 minute walk. Sounds good to me. Have a great weekend!! PS that equaled 4505 steps according to my phone.
