    Legs worked in 30 minutes - done. Just think of the first segment of To the max on the step. Now, that's a leg killer. But, I'm loving the new shorter, but intense workouts.

    Another short post, but hey at least I''m consistant right? 8 in is the step plus 2 risers each side. Today's workout was most of Muscle Max. I need more weight work, so I'll try to get in two a week.

    So, today, I started out on an 8in step. I couldn't believe I was doing it! But, half way through I knew if I wanted to finish it I'd have to go down to 6. It was really fun though. Love, love, love the last section with the fighter arms.

    Sorry, my responses are so short. I will get better in time. Today, I did Party Rock step 2. Someone an another thread mentioned doing it on an 8in. I started out that way, but half way through I had to lower it down to 6. It was so much fun I really wanted to finish it.

    I agree Lisa. I remember when she first appeared in STS-TB. I was floored at her form and focus. It really inspires me and then in RockOut KnockOut, I posistion myself to the left of the TV where she is. She's fierce, but in a nice way.
