    I like kickboxing a lot and have both DVDs. I alternate between them depending on mood and for variety. The different routines work the muscles differently which is good also. KPC has terrific legs and glutes work out as well.

    Ihe only way I can do it is to have my morning coffee prior to exercise. That means I don't start exercising until at least 30-45 minutes after waking up. Can't do it otherwise, however.
