    This morning I did TA's Post Pregnancy Work Out - 45 min full body w/extra long focus on abs! I followed it up with 2 rounds of kickboxing intervals. :) So I wasn't kidding when I said y'day's work out was kick azz coz it kicked my azz hard! I am SORE!!!!!!!! :eek: BBL!:cool:
