    I'm excited for the workouts and also for firewalker exercise loops, resistance tubes. I do have extra bands and loops since if one broke, I would have more to use - but I need to get new resistance tubes.

    I'm definitely going to get this download. Always love a good no impact cardio workout. I use sliding disks when i can for jumping jacks and other high impact moves.

    I use the sliding disks for Cross Fire to make that workout no impact. I love using the disks :) I'm excited about these new workouts!!!

    PHA 3+Ab Stacker

    I did this one yesterday. Great workout - I did my modifications to make it work for me. The ab stackers was hard but loved it.

    Imax 4

    I did this today plus the abs. I used just the platform and it was perfect for me. I liked the blasts and will try doing them with risers. The ab workout was good. Much easier for me than the other one. I can't wait to do this one again.
