I have the Arena Strength bands - both the booty and body bands. I'm getting Cathe's cuz I like the orange and green colors. I'm also getting the downloads for $10 more - I usually don't buy downloads. My total with shipping came to $84.66. Shipping was high for me in North Idaho at $14.69...

I got the set of tubing and used the red one when doing Cathe Live 322 - Fantastic Elastic. It was perfect. A few times I could probably used the blue band - but I'm happy with this purchase.

I agree - loved this workout - I love working the lower body with the fire walker bands.

I ended up ordering just the bands and the grey fire walker loop I was surprised I received them yesterday. I didn't need the ball and mat so I'll wait.

I did this again yesterday along with the Pyramid Bonus - loved it - it was easy to modify to no impact and I got a great workout. Can't wait for this tail bone injury to heal. I'm thankful it is much better.

I did this on on Monday along with the upper body. I fell about three weeks ago and my tail bone is in pain so I'm modifying.
