    I'm not familiar with Cathe's site - just Livestrong. Here are their suggestion and why I picked Sedentary: Sedentary Select if you work in an office or at home and sit most of the day. Even if you exercise a few times a week, you should track that information on separately on MyPlate...

    I use Livestrong to track my eating and exercise. My activity level is sedentary since I sit in front of a computer all day. You need to list your activity level as to what you do most of the day without counting the time you work out. I hope this makes sense.

    I like to think Cathe had me in mind when she made Great Glutes and Lean Legs and Abs - so perfect for me with my bad knees. I really like Flex Train and Rockout Knockout also - easy to modify to no impact. These are the only ones I kept.

    Thanks for the info. I should get mine by next Monday. With the shipping cost, I should have them tomorrow. I normally workout with Cathe - love her workouts the most!!! I was surprised at how much I love the combat workouts. Now I'm looking forward to pump for something different.

    I received mine Wednesday. These move fast and are not easy for me. So far I like the ones I did. Tabata & toning and Bikini bootcamp I really like. There is a modifier which I follow.

    XTrain workout cards - SNM

    thank you for this. I'm able to print the workout cards for both chest, back, and shoulders but the bi's and tri's have a blank page.

    it's hard to pick one - I love the weight workouts and for cardio I LOVE All Out Low Impact HiiT.
