    Thanks for replying! 4 or 5 minutes is fine, of course but when it gets to 8 or 9 minutes my worry is that I’ve missed the warm-up and I have to jump right in to the workout; that happened once before and it did not go well for me :oops:!

    Workout shoe recommendations

    I think it’s a matter of trying loads of different shoes and seeing what fit your feet best. I used to love Nike but they don’t fit me any more. I have a pair of New Balance Dynasoft Beaya workout shoes and I love them. They are so light and comfortable - they fit small though.

    Hello, I’m currently testing the new app and really enjoying it. The only thing is that the LMR workouts aren’t on it which has meant I haven’t done as much of them as I’d like. I wanted to ask when they are likely to be added to the new app? Thnaks in advance, Pauline

I would imagine that Cathe might do a workout with Jenn and Kirsten and then upload it on at some point on Thursday. That’s happened at least once...
