    Today I did Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body for 47 minutes and finished with Hardcore Stretch Max #3 Bands for 18 minutes. Legs really sore from yesterday's workout! Right leg acting up again:(

    I've been in the office three days straight and too exhausted when I got home. I will be working out tomorrow with some kind of leg workout. I'm still hurting. It comes and goes. Wish it would go for good. Hard to deal with this day after day and I'm tired of gimping around the office and house.
