Hi SNM I downloaded the 4DS over christmas but have experienced problems with HIS. I've viewed the entire 4DS series thru itunes and workout blender but only have the fault with HIS. I downloaded it twice but each version plays at a beat behind. Any suggestions? Cocoloco

Hi there Is there any way of converting pounds to kilos on the 1RM and workouts completed sections at all? Europe was decimalised some years ago and it'd be so helpful if there was the option to use kilos! :-) Thanks Cocoloco

Problem solved I persevered and eventually imported the 4DS downloads. Maybe just switching the PC off rectified the fault? It's working now and that's all that matters!
