    I have tried these and others but, in my opinion, nothing comes close to Cathes'. I started spinning with her videos. Guess i'm just spoiled lol.

    Yes, I have a Live/Ondemand membership, but even with that, there are 9 in total. That means I am repeating most weekly. That's why I wanted to put in my idea for more spin classes. If they know there is a demand, maybe they will do more.

    I love all your spin classes! I do fasted cardio spin everyday so would love more classes. Live, Ondemand, any!!!!! I just haven't found any comparable spin to a Cathe spin class!
