    I mix Nia Shanks rotations with Cathe workouts. I change my routine every 4 weeks. Now I'm doing upper body/lower body/ cardio then repeat. I use only compound exercises at the gym and use Cathe for biceps, triceps, inner outer thigh and HIIT workouts.

    I've read the first two and I loved them. She has got several different series. The Shay Archer series my be too gross for your mom. After I read the first one I checked to make sure it was the same author. The other series I think she will love.

    When I lift my heart rate goes up. Sometimes I add cardio intervals. On cardio days I don't usually lift. It works for me. You need to do what works for you and have fun.

    Hip Thrusts, lunges, and every kind of squat you can think of. To not have a flat butt I need different parents. We all suffer from that NAAA disease (No A#@ At All).
