    Cathe: changes to your fitness regime as you've gotten older?

    Good question. I'm over 50 and I know I need more recovery time and sleep. I do shorter more intense cardio. The long steady state really leaves me draggy, sometimes for days. I would love to know how Cathe handles it.

    It is good. But my knee touches the floor on the hip flexor stretch....but I love it.

    I put together Cathe's complete DVD Library

    I tried to do them in order....but I liked them better when I did a new series then an older one working from both ends....I spent about a month on each series.
