    Siobhan, good workout with Chris & Edi for lower body - about 50 minutes. Right now, the LMR series works for me because I need to go lower because of my leg. I am so tight and not in my usual fitness place.

    Today I did LMR Pilates for 32 minutes and added on the Lower Body Foam roller for 18 minutes. Really hoping the foam roller helps my right leg. Thanks to ChelePA for reminding me of this when you posted the other day.
