    Today I did ICE Chiseled Upper Body for 43 minutes and finished up with Lite Extended Stretch #2 doe 11 minutes. Was going to do the LMR Bonus #3 but my password would not work on Cathe On Demand. will have to figure out why so I can do it Friday.

    Linda, thanks for the info!! I haven't checked out CrossRope but I'll look at them for sure. Nice workout with YT Julie Jones Fitness for 26 minutes and Hydrow Circuit Training for 20 minutes!
